Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are always recommended. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-in's cannot be accommodated if we are sold out.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your jump time during the week and 20-25 minutes early on weekends and holidays.
What will I need to bring?
All participants will need a waiver filled out by a Parent OR Legal Guardian. We recommend athletic clothing for our activity spaces. Participants are required to wear grip socks.
What's the food and drink policy?
Guests are welcome to bring food into the park. We do not allow any outside drinks or coolers.
Is there an admissions fee?
There's no fee for guests or chaperones. Only pay for those who are jumping.
Do you offer group rates?
We offer group rates to schools, military squads, youth organizations, non-profits, first responders, and organizations. Call us for more info at (808)380-4706.
What should late arriving guests?
Our team will do our best to reschedule you for a similar jump time. The best option is to call (808)380-4080 to get our availability for the rest of the day.
Do you limit the number of jumpers on the trampoline courts?
We allow 80 jumpers per hour on the trampoline attractions to allow for extra space and safe play.
What is the age limit?
All participants going on the activity zones unattended must be at least 3 years old during regular Park Access hours. Participants must be 14 years or older to be at the facility without adult supervision.
Is there a weight limit?
Based on the trampoline manufacturer's safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper in our facility is 300 pounds. Anyone with individual weight-related concerns should consult a physician about rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.
What is your refund policy?
Jump tickets are non-refundable. Party and event deposits are non-refundable 48 hours after initial purchase.
