General Admission

All general admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. A valid Waiver Form and Grip Socks are required for all participants.

Party Packages & Events

Deposits for party packages and private events are refundable within 24 hours of booking. After this period, deposits become non-refundable.

Remaining Balances for Party Packages: Any remaining balance paid toward a party package is refundable up to 48 hours after payment.
