Your Safety is Our Priority
We’re proud of our staff at iTrampoline Hawaii. You’ll find there’s much more to our staff than friendly faces. Every employee is committed to your safety and to providing professional customer service and attention. Employees are screened for qualities and experience we believe will contribute to the safety of our customers.
Our court monitors are the lifeguards of iTrampoline Hawaii. They undergo training that includes classroom-style education, video presentations, group discussions, and refresher courses. Their role is to ensure safety on the courts.
While we have a zero tolerance for injuries, accidents do happen. We go to great lengths to be prepared to respond quickly. One of the ways we keep safety in the forefront of our employee’s minds is to hold regular meetings to review best safety practices.
At iTrampoline, we know attention-to-detail is the key to a fun, safe park experience. That’s why we place intense focus on ensuring our facilities are properly maintained. Twice each day, before open and close, our experienced staff conducts a visual walk-through of the facility using our eight-point checklist. We inspect all pads, springs, jumping surfaces and dodge balls for rips, wear and tear, loose bungies straps, and debris. Our inspector submits a formal report to the management team. Any deficiencies must be addressed before the park reopens.
Assigned monitors conduct similar checks of lounge areas, arcades, rest rooms and other common spaces then work quickly and efficiently to ensure guest safety and comfort.
