Park Rules

PARK RULES

The following rules are set forth for the purpose of protecting our guests. Violations of any rules interfere with the family oriented environment and could result in serious injury to you and others. Failure to comply with these rules will subject the offender(s) to removal from the trampoline park premises without refund at the discretion of park personnel.

Know your own physical ability. Evaluate each trampoline space in relation to your ability and determine if you can safely participate.

Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on the premises. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for the supervision of minors under their control. iTrampoline does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

iTrampoline customers must obey all signs and instructions of park staff while jumping on the trampolines and within the premises.

Guests are welcome to bring outside food/snacks.  No outside drinks.  Exceptions are made for infants and those with special medical needs, subject to inspection. 

No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought onto the premises or in the park. Public intoxication, unlawful drug use, vandalism or any other violation of City, County, State, Federal or Park Rules will result in ejection from park without a refund and possible criminal prosecution.

For your safety tailgating is not permitted in the parking area and park premises.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the park with the exception of the designated smoking area.

No pets allowed with the exception of a service animal. Service animals are not permitted on the trampolines.

Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, or profane pictures, symbols, phrases, etc., on their clothing or accessories.

No loitering, unruly behavior or profanity allowed.

By entering the park, you give iTrampoline Hawaii permission to photograph or video tape you, your family and your guests.

iTrampoline may use the resulting images for any business purpose without compensation to you.

iTrampoline shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, accessories, or the contents thereof caused by fire, theft, collision, water or other causes.

Dodgeball Rules

Start in the back row of trampolines with the balls in the front rows.

Game Begins when Court Monitor yells “DODGEBALL”.

You are out if

  • You are hit by an opposing player’s LIVE thrown ball
  • You drop a ball while deflecting a live thrown ball
  • Your opponent catches a LIVE ball thrown by you before it touches the ground or wall (A LIVE ball is one that has been thrown and has not touched anything including the floor mat, another ball, official or other item outside of the playing field (wall, ceiling, etc.)
  • You CROSS OR ENTER the neutral zone between sides.

Once you are out, you must exit and wait for the next game.

You will be removed from the court and possibly the building for:

  • Using abusive or foul language
  • Fighting
  • Court Monitor’s direction.

THE COURT MONITOR’S CALLS ARE FINAL – NO EXCEPTIONS
