FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Socks with non-slip grips are required to jump. These may be purchased at iTrampoline Hawaii for $3.50 + tax or you may bring your own. We also recommend wearing athletic attire or comfortable clothing suitable for jumping. You will sweat! Please NO revealing or very loose clothing. Athletic shorts and t-shirts clothing are suggested. Clothing should not display any offensive or foul language, symbols or pictures.

Reservations are always recommended. Weekends and holidays will always be busiest and we want to accommodate all of our guests as much as possible. Please check online ticketing to see our availability.

Reservations may be cancelled in person or by phone at 808-830-4080 only. We request all reservation cancellations (party or group) be done with a minimum of 7 days advance notice. Party deposits are non-refundable if reservations are cancelled.

If you reserve your jump time online, we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your jump time during the week and 20-25 minutes early on weekends and holidays. Late arrivals may result in losing your reserved jump time.

All jumpers must bring a completed Waiver Form. Click here. For jumpers under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian MUST sign the form. Signatures of Chaperones will not be accepted. Please bring a valid ID to verify reservations, waivers, Kama’aina and Military discounts.

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper in our facility is 300 pounds. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping at iTrampoline.
